Cut the bananas into ¾ inch thick slices.
Build the sandwiches starting with 1 slice of bread, spread ¼ cup peanut butter, 4 slices bacon, 1 sliced banana, and then a second slice of bread. Repeat 3 more times to make 4 sandwiches total.
Melt the butter on medium heat in a large frying pan and add sandwiches to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until the bread is crispy and brown.
Slice down the middle and enjoy!
