Air Fryer Curried Cauliflower

Break out the air fryer for a fried cauliflower dish you can enjoy as an appetizer, side or make it a meal! Perfectly crisp and smothered with cool, buttermilk sauce, this curried cauliflower is a delightful addition to any dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp. Market District extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick® Gourmet all natural garam masala blend
  • 1 Tbsp. McCormick® Gourmet all-natural ground turmeric
  • 1 bunch Nature's Basket organic mint
  • ½ bunch Nature’s Basket organic dill
  • ½ cup Giant Eagle 1% milkfat low-fat cultured buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Ziyad® imported tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. JFC® roasted white sesame seeds

Directions:

  Prep Time: 5 min. • Cook Time: 8 min.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Place the cauliflower in large bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon garam masala and 1 tablespoon turmeric.

Transfer the cauliflower to the basket of an air fryer and set for 8 minutes at 400°F.

While the cauliflower is cooking, reserve a few leaves of mint for garnish and chop the remainder. Pick the dill and set aside for garnish. Stir to combine the buttermilk, tahini and chopped mint.

Once the cauliflower is done, transfer to a platter and drizzle with the buttermilk sauce. Garnish with the reserved mint, dill, and sesame seeds.
