Why home delivery?
We at Giant Eagle understand it’s not possible for many of our customers to leave home to pick up prescriptions. Whether you or a family member is sick or cannot drive, it doesn’t matter the reason, Giant Eagle Pharmacy is here to help.
Delivered by a Pharmacy Team Member, all personal medication information remains confidential and requires the signature of the person who called in the prescription. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to sign for prescriptions.
How do I receive home delivery?
Simply call your local Giant Eagle Pharmacy and ask about our FREE next day home delivery service. After submitting your prescription request, sit back and let us do the work.
When will my prescription arrive?
All refill requests called into the Pharmacy prior to 10 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Deliveries are typically made between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. A general delivery time will be given when your prescription order is submitted.
Most refill requests called into the Pharmacy after 10 a.m. will be delivered the following day. If you have to leave your home or are not at home during that delivery time, the driver will call you to make sure the prescription can be delivered the following day.
How do I pay for my prescription?
Customers can pay for their prescriptions by credit or debit card over the phone when the prescription request is submitted. Cash or check can also be accepted when the prescription is delivered.

Understanding that many of our senior citizen customers may live in high-rise apartments or assisted living facilities, special arrangements for group deliveries can be made. Caregivers may sign for prescriptions if coordinated in advance.
